Surface treatments

Complementary to fine sheet-metal work, our Surface Treatment Workshops are able to do:

 The preparation of parts for passivation, zinc plating and alodine 1,200 and 1,500.
 The mechanical preparation of aluminium, stainless steel and brass sheets: satin-finishing, polishing, and brushing.
 The protection of aluminium by sulphuric anodising. Our fully automatic line can treat sheets up to 1,000 x 700 mm as well as tooled parts. A standard range of 6 colours is available in matt and satin finishes. A detoxication station ensures makes all the operations safe. The finish of the products uses liquid or powder painting.

A wide range of colours and finishes enables us to satisfy your requirements. Your own marking can be screen printed, engraved or tag/adhesive transferred.
