The stripping of the resist inks, used for chemical etching of metals, requires huge quantities of oil solvent in the processes of quenching, scraping and washing of the plates.
After several years of research on substitution products stemmed from vegetal, feasibility researches, we asked to a partner supplier, interested in this technology, to conceive a complete line permitting stripping, washing and drying of etched plates.
In addition to the productivity improvement, this investment reduces to nought our COV emissions, gives the operators a better working environment and reduces the risks due to solvents inflammability.
